We just bought our first home, Eric Callahan was our agent. Through all of the issues we had he was always there to answers any questions we had. As first time home buyers, we were understandably unsure of a lot of things during the process, but Eric had all the answers. He really made it known he was in our corner and we felt unbelievably comfortable having him on our team. We cannot thank him enough for the endless hours he spent working to get us into this home. He negotiated us an amazing deal and was always pushing for us to get the best offers possible in every situation. He’s professional, courteous and all around what we needed.
